Nous nous excusons pour le délai. Il nous a pris un peu trop de temps à publier les informations sur ce site à propos de cette troisième édition annuelle de l’initiative #FSLGRA. Les participants déjà inscrits ont été informés par courriel vers la fin du mois de mai. Twitter reste encore une façon importante pour nous de se communiquer, alors j'espère que la plupart des enseignants ont obtenu les informations dont ils avaient besoin dans ces deux façons. Nous, les organisatrices bénévoles, sommes toutes les deux des enseignantes travaillant à temps plein, gérant l’apprentissage en ligne de nos élèves pendant cette pandémie, en plus des nombreux autres rôles que nous jouons. Nous  reconnaissons qu'il faut essayer de conserver toutes les informations pertinentes dans un endroit central et facilement accessible, donc sans plus tarder ... Our apologies for the delay. We're a bit late in getting the most recent information published on our site about this third annual French as a Second Language Global Read Aloud. Registered participants were notified via email back at the end of May and Twitter remains a major method of communication for us, so hopefully most teachers got the information they needed that way. We're both full-time teachers too, managing ongoing education of our students through this pandemic, in addition to the many other roles we play. Thank you to all who participated in this year's FSL Global Read Aloud. We hope that you found it a worthwhile and enjoyable experience for you and your students. We've enjoyed seeing the connections and activities you have shared with us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. From scratch coding activities, Mystery hangouts, author questions (Merci Annie Bacon!) to break outs, quizizz and artistic opportunities we loved seeing how you and your students connected to and engaged with this year's French books. We revisited Petite Petra to find verbs, adjectives and nouns. Ss are making strong connections between learning in English and French.
